Syosset Library

Summary:

Irwin Contracting provided an additional floor to the existing library, with an addition to accommodate a small theatre. This $7M project consisted of erecting steel through the existing library to support the third floor. A complete renovation was done in phases, maintaining the library’s presence to service the community.
