Summary:

The overall objective for this project was to improve the physical appearance of the interior and exterior of an existing ranch home, as well as increase its size. Without changing the footprint of the existing home, we:

remodeled the entire first floor interior

re-sided the entire exterior of the house

completed a second floor addition (comprised of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gym, sitting room, and a terrace overlooking the inlet

remodeled the outdoor property (installed new heated pool, pavers & decking; re-faced bulkhead & provided new landscaping)
